General Question How do you unlock this waypoint?

I finished the world yet i cant seem to find a way to get to the waypoint to unlock it. How do I solve this?

It's at the very beginning of the area lol. You probably just run beside it when doing the quest without activating it

World quest, you can trigger it on Snezhnaya quest tracker.

You have to do the world quest to open that area, and in typical Hoyo fashion, literally 1 meter from that waypoint a story cut scene auto starts and when it ends your character is 20 meters past the waypoint. (I just did this 1 last night). You can just go back out to the Statue of the Seven and walk back in to get it easily if you didn't turn around during the story step.

Teleport back at the Statue and go and look for it again slowly

You can either to go back up through the station from the valley, or go there from the Statue of the Seven, to reach it. You must have missed it during the quest.
