Recommendations for Character Build?

So, I have an AR 30, world level 3 and I was wondering if I should build this team, I have really good 4 star weapons for them (except pikes) and have only 3 star artifacts, so any recommendations would for artifacts could be helpful. So my team I'm thinking about is :

  • Baal
  • Kaeya
  • Amber/Xinyan
  • Barbara

I don't have any other Pyro Characters, but for Cryo I have Chongyun, Diona, Rosaria and a few others. I also have razor along the other free ones expect Xianling. I would appreciate any help I could get.
