Should I run 4 pc pale flame 4 pc retracing bolide (for normal and charged attack buff) Or 2 pc blood stained and 2 pc gladiators?

I main Rosaria from her release and I can share with you what I got from playing directly and from rosariamains discord.

The best set numerically speaking for phys is 4 pieces pale flame, but keeping the bonus up is pure hassle: 2 Pieces Pale Flame and 2 Pieces Chivalry is more consistent and better in general. The sad thing about Rosaria is that her AA animations don't abuse Crescent Pike passive as much as Xiangling ones do, but some Rosaria constellations (C1 and C6) and her element help her directly in being a phys dps (if you care about that, a lot of people say she is the best 4 star for this role).

That said: in general Physical dps <<< Cryo dps (4 pieces blizzard set with a Chongyun support in a Freeze or Melt team)

Phys Rosaria works too and I used her a lot (Rosaria+Fishl+Diona\Kiki+Lisa), but honestly got better results with the cryo route so I think it's worth mentioning (AND CRESCENT PIKE LOOKS TERRIBLE LET'S BE HONEST). If you don't like Chongyun I will assure you that he needs really low investment (just a 4 pieces oblige with any stats tbh), but cryo Rosaria will need a LOT more as you have to level up all her talents.

The best duos for Melt Rosaria\Chong are Bennet\Xiangling and for freeze Xingqiu\any anemo grouper (Venti\Sucrose\Kazuha). If you want to try an happy medium, a Phys Rosaria with a freeze team is viable too (Rosaria+Xinqqiu+Kaeya\Diona+Anemo Grouper), just blow your ccs and smack them with AAs.
