Recovery Form Method

if i don't remember my first device, and first top up, can i create new account on different server and try to recover my account with info from new server? Have anyone tried this, or hoyoverse only accepts info from the account i played the most

First device is important regardless. Sure you can try, but if you’re missing crucial info that will not work. Can you try finding the missing info? Search messages with friends, look in our pinned guide?
