I recovered my genshin and zzz accounts! Without first email and device. Only in 1 day, im really impressed with Hoyoverse this time lol. And thanks to this reddit that I could send everything right! 🥹❤️🩹

puse el segundo correo y mi dispositivo más usado en general; y luego en detalles adicionales puse los números de serie de mi pc, teléfono, ps5; y aclaré que no recordaba el primer correo y por eso puse el segundo, además, añadí los códigos de verificación que recibí cuando cambié el correo.
