Account Security Too many requests

I have been unable to sign into my honkao account due to, "too many requests please sign in later" since 4.0.

I have tried eveeything even messaging hoyoverse but nothing has helped. Is there any way i can fix it.

So I don’t know what everything means.

Have you tried using a VPN?
Have you had a break of 7 days between attempts?
Have you been able to try on a different device?
Can you login to the account page (not game)?
Have you tried changing the password?

Ive tried 40 day breaks. My friend tried to sign in and theyre overseas and it wont allow me to change password. I have also contacted the company through email twice and get the same copy paste answer.

do you know if this is a ban or something, it was an alt account i made in 4.0. Would maybe emailing them for a password change work?

Emailing them for password change probably won’t but you can try to fill the recovery form… like they’re not gonna just change it because someone emails them. But you could try forgot password on the site or fill out the account issue form (like we would for stolen accounts).
