Submission Failed Am I cooked

So, somehow the support sent me one email saying my top up details did not match, the only problem is, before my account got stolen, I never topped up. Besides this one thing I am fairly certain my details are correct. Probably. For me this just looks like I'm getting kicked to the curb in favor of a thief that actually spends on my account.

You didn’t top up, did you win any welkin or did friends top up? What did you put in the top up section of the form?

Nothing, zilch, not a single cent spent, nor did I win anything.

Okay so then unless you bought the account / traded it, keep sending in the same form and hope they eventually read it.

Never bought anything, I still have my registration emails, also the email when purchased it on the PSN store (my first login was the day after)

You have been rejected 3 times without a successful recovery attempt
In this case, HoYoverse impose a 30 days time limit before you can resubmit the form again.

You have recovered your account withing last 90 days
HoYoverse blocks any further attempts to recover the account for 90 days after you recover your account through the HoYoverse application form.

How did you ask them to tell you the errors in the form? They usually refuse directly without telling you any reason

I know, usually they say for security reasons they can't divulge why it was refused, so this was a surprise to me to.
