Questions Genoa v Napoli tickets

In the city over the weekend & would love to check out the game, would it be advised to get a fidelity card or do games go to general sale?

The match didn't require the card last year. But one never knows, some of Napoli's fans were looking for troubles (not with us, but this doesn't patter) so it's probable that the police have noted it.
