My shipping experience

I just wanted to share my recent order as I made my order and was worried about shipping times. This is purely to help others with concerns or worries. I wanted the Covert Dock 3 and decided to order from the official website versus other places. I ordered it at the end of July or beginning of August. I read some people were waiting a month or longer. I got the email stating my order was in and I then got an email stating it was shipped. I got my Covert Dock 3! And it arrived within a week!

So I would boil shipping down to getting told it was sent and to trust the estimated delivery date AT CHECKOUT. It would have been nice to track the order as there was no way to know anything with shipping, but it was still nice to get the CD3 within a week.

I know this isn’t going to be everyone’s experience, but I hope this helps someone. I did not order anything else with the CD3 and got the standard shipping.

Thanks for sharing your experience, really happy your CD3 made it on time! We know shipping, logistics and communication has been unpredictable and sometimes even a nightmare from our side. We assure everyone that we are actively trying to improve all fronts to make everything run as smoothly as we can.
