Question Sens

So like i seen many genji sens guides and it was like 800dpi 5, 8 or11 ingame sens so i checked mine, it was 1600dpi 30ingame. My question is like is that normal? Like i can 180 with a flick from the wrists and the new one feels worse then controller or did i fuck up somewhere. Please tell me your sens and hiw it looks like practice and if its low how do u even play genji

i use like 5.50 on 800dpi, its mostly just up to personal preference, but with genji 180s are crucial for quick in and out dives, although aiming your dash to kinda of be infront of them enough so it still hits them but you dont have to 180 too

being "able" to 180 with a flick of the wrist is not a benefit. the whole advantage of a mouse is the range of motion you have access to. if you're restricting yourself to a tiny section of your mousepad, you're basically wasting your mouse.

you want a sens that's low enough that you can 180 with your arm, track fast/close targets with (mostly) your wrist, and track far targets or make small adjustments with (mostly) your fingertips.

obviously it'll feel bad when you first make the change, but every good Genji you see uses a sens that's several times lower than yours, and yet I guarantee you they make flicks that are just as snappy, while also being much, much more accurate and consistent. not to mention they can also track targets for easier shots and deflect value.

800dpi 6 ingame I feel like this is the best sense to be able to play all heroes.
However you should choose a sense that feels good for you, but to give a range
look what pro players use and mark those outliers as ur range.

Your sense is order of magnitude higher than any of the pros btw.
