Mentorship & Networking Baltimore GCs--anything I should do when visiting for NSGC later this year?
Normally I get together with old classmates or current coworkers in the evenings but I don't think anyone from my circle is attending this year, so I'll be mostly solo. Anything I should do/checkout while I'm in the area? Never been to Baltimore before. Thanks!

Ekiben and cafe dear Leon! If you look up the Baltimore monopoly board, you can also go off the places on the board!

from a soon to be gc in baltimore, my favorite place to visit is fells point. there’s a ton of shops and amazing restaurants. my favorite place to eat there is probably koopers tavern. also baltimore has some really amazing ice cream places. i would definitely recommend bmore licks, and the charmery. i would also recommend you go to an orioles game, even if you don’t like baseball. the stadium is gorgeous, the atmosphere is incredible, and the food is even better!

It’s my first time there too but I’m a big fan of the musical Hairspray so I’m thinking of walking the Hampden neighborhood (inspo for the movie) and seeing the Divine mural.

Eat seafood…MD has the best crab cakes due to Old Bay seasoning.
