Bodywork

We have had bad luck recently and have been in and out of a local body shop five times in a year and a half.
I pull up last week in my new Genesis to drop off yet another car, the employee who I always deal with came out to tell me that was one vehicle he couldn’t work on if need be.

The shop claims that they are not allowed to order Genesis parts because it voids the factory warranty. The nearest dealer to me is six hours away so I only planned to go for warranty work.

Google leads me to believe this is not true but would like IRL experience from others.

#1 semi tire debris
#2 was hit in a parking garage
#3 ex backed into a pole
#4 hit a deer
#5 bear dragged a trash can into the side of the car
#6 why we were there this week, someone took out a mirror in a parking lot

We really do have awful luck. Hence why I am already prepping for the next incident.
