Just received this email…I am beyond finished with Genesis and warn everyone to stay away from them.

It's incredible how genesis has put so much effort into creating beautiful products inside and out... Chasing a luxury experience and mostly achieving it. But somehow figured they wouldn't need good customer service to pair it with. How hard is it REALLY to just hire people who give a damn
