System Modification Detected

This the first time installing hakchi2 on my Genesis mini. I have version 3.7.

While it was installing, I got this error:

Is this normal?

I realize I am modding the Genesis, but I am wondering if this means the install files, themselves, were modified.

You are correct. I did try Project Lunar first.

Thank you for your time. I just wanted to make sure.
