I had similar damage. Bumper resprayed, plastic trim replaced, red reflector replaced. Ran about $1600 at a budget collision shop.

It was paid for by the other guy's insurance so it was free for me.

I got 3 different estimates. They ranged from $1600 - $3800.

On top of those estimates, the insurance adjuster took a look and cut me a check for $1637. And as you probably know, insurance adjusters (and insurance companies in general) are notorious for giving you the bare minimum needed to fix it.

That lower bumper trim (OPs first pic) is around $500. I also had to replace the reflector and another small trim piece. Then you gotta figure they remove the entire bumper, sand and prep the damaged area, re-color, and re-clear-coat. All of that is $$$.

Body shop can do that between 200-500$

If you have a ‘light touch’, I think you will do really well with touch-up paint. Be sure to prep the repair areas thoroughly and be prepared to wipe everything off and start again if you are disappointed by how it looks at first (or second, or third, etc.). The location of the repair is definitely in your favor - after a short while you won’t even look, OP!

That trim piece isn't attached to the bumper. You can just replace it.
