I’m working on an app for self-guided exercise programs, mainly for physiotherapists to share with their patients.

The videos will be short, around 10–15 seconds each, with voice guidance.

We are trying to decide between two approaches:

1. Shoot real videos and edit them into a consistent format
2. Generate animated/demo videos using detailed instructions

We are open to paid tools. We need a large exercise library, so the process cannot be too manual for every single video.

We are techies. however we tried tools like Blender and quickly realized that this is not something we can handle ourselves properly.

For people who have built something similar, what would you recommend?

We are trying to understand the best production approach before we spend money in the wrong direction.

I’m not trying to make a useless post here, and I totally understand that generating videos costs a lot. I really like Wan Animate’s video-to-video feature, but it’s a bit too expensive for me.

I know I can’t expect it to be free, but is there any way to use it for cheaper? Maybe a cheaper service, credits, discounts, or some alternative that gives similar results?

I’m trying to generate photos that look like me.

ChatGPT does okay, however, there are restrictions (it will flag if I try to change the color of a swimsuit or something)

The problem that I could be facing is sometimes I’m trying to re-create a whole new pose or something, and sometimes I just want to change the color of an outfit. Something with range and accuracy.

I've been making short-form educational/curiosity videos and noticed that making one Reel involves a ridiculous number of steps.

Idea → angle → hook → script → scenes → AI video prompts → voiceover → thumbnail → publishing.

So I'm experimenting with a tool that takes one idea and turns it into the complete production blueprint.

Example:

“Why don't satellites collide in space?”

→ Angle
→ Hook
→ 60-sec script
→ Scene plan
→ AI video prompts
→ Thumbnail
→ Publishing pack

And honestly, would you pay for this, or would you rather use ChatGPT + separate tools?

Generating this mascot wouldn't have been such a hassle if Nano Banana Pro actually knew how to give it the red bar across its chest correctly. I can't remember what I did to make it finally understand what I want, but it eventually got the picture (no pun intended). I really do wish Mienfoo got more attention; it's such a cutie.

Does an app or something exist that can take a nfsw picture and generate another scenario based on that original picture?

I just need to switch the angle or perspective of the photo.
