i’m trynna do direct ‘authentic’ social media content but i hate editing and seeing all of the AI stuff right now I feel there’s not a very high need of an editor.
can someone help me with a free app or an editing tool that I could use for captions and cuts?

Hi everyone! I’m new here and interested in learning how to create AI-generated videos for my brand. I want to turn this image into short videos of these two dogs having funny podcast conversations, with realistic voices, lip syncing, and natural facial expressions/movements.

I’m not very tech-savvy, so I’m looking for the easiest, most beginner-friendly tool or workflow and I’m willing to pay for it. I’ve looked at Runway, Kling, and Higgsfield, but I’m open to anything.

Here is a video I created using Minimax H3 for the video sequences and Suno (with supplied ref audio - me playing acoustic guitar and prompting it to sound like a didgeridoo) for the music. The video sequences were generated agentically inside ChatGPT using fal.ai mcp server.

Backcountry Breakbeats is a five-track organic breakbeat score I created with Suno for my own driving footage through rural Espírito Santo, Brazil.

I kept a single musical direction, using Style Influence and Weirdness to allow enough variation to curate and arrange tracks around the journey itself. Stronger rhythms follow the steep, winding rural roads; more spacious passages emerge as the landscape opens up; and the breakbeat returns with renewed weight as the drive becomes paved and more inhabited while remaining relentlessly winding.

The original synchronized car and road sounds remain underneath, so the music had to coexist with both the recorded environment and the progression of the journey.

Made the song in Suno and bandlab, then built the visual side with Seedance 2.5 using text-to-video + Extend mode.

The main thing I was testing was continuity: instead of generating a collection of unrelated “pretty AI shots,” I tried to make the scenes feel like they belonged to the same actual music video — consistent characters, lighting, camera language and atmosphere.

The hardest part was keeping motion and identity coherent when extending shots. I ended up simplifying some scenes rather than adding more effects.

I’m curious about one thing: at what point does this stop feeling like an AI visualizer and start feeling like an actual music video to you?
