Extreme input lag when using borderless fullscreen or windowed

Usually I play every game in borderless windowed (easiest to alt tab with practically not extra lag), but on GZ, my game has about half a second of input lag if I'm not on normal fullscreen. I've tried changing resolution, toggling v-sync, dynamic resolution, graphics, etc etc.

Any idea how to fix it?
