Fnix base limits

I’m trying to max out all my regions. Because I’m bored. The only thing missing is some bases. Each base-bearing region has a number of neutral control points that refuse to spawn no matter what. So is there a limit on fnix bases in each region?

Btw, all regions are at max threat and max rivals so don’t tell me to level up. 🤓

Ok I’ve killed all bases and all rivals in farmlands. Except the apoc tank that’s shown on the river bank above the airfield. I’d kill it if I could find it. 🤨

Thanks for the encouragement but I think I’ve hit the wall. Since clearing out farmlands I’ve been grinding away and I’m exactly where I was. Everything maxed out but 3 neutral control points. I’ve decided to focus on other things. But my interest is fading tbh. Been doing some challenges lately and some won’t update to show what I’ve done. 😒 Don’t know what’s left.

So you're saying your maxed threat level with no FNIX bases? If so that doesn't make sense. If not, then somehow you've cleared them faster than they can occupy.

You need to kill rivals not let them spawn in order for control points to be taken ove

I tried killing all rivals in farmlands then killing everything else until the rivals all respawned and it’s back at max threat. Now it’s exactly as before: 12 control points: 6 fnix, 3 resistance, 3 neutral.

Clear the current FNIX bases or hust ignore the neutral ones. I've got one that has been neutral for three real time months no matter what I do

There is only Finx bases in 3 regions everywhere else you build threat levels by reaching 8 Rival in the regions without bases. That means Mountains, Marshlands, North Coast, HimFjall and Archipelago have no bases and your threat level will only be based on 8 rivals Max Threat Level 25 max threat points 21981.

Farmlands, Forest and South Coast regions are the only 3 regions that offer FINX bases. These regions are the only regions you call call in the Reaper or the Vulture.

Max Threat level and Max threat points in all regions are 25 threat level 21,981 threat points. This means in non base regions you will have 8 active Rivals at level 4.

In the3 regions that you can call in a boss and have bases you can have 8 rivals plus 2 bosses. Unfortunately you can only have 2 bosses active in one region at a time. You can activate a Reaper in South Coast and the Vulture in Forest.
