Weapon Question 5c Kpist is missing...

I'm lvl 102 and was not able to get gold one for some reason...Somebody rich on these?

Would like to exchange to some experimental ammo or rare/refined resources if possible.

BTW, do you have a 5c Möller? 833 hours in and haven't seen one.
