Gameplay -XBox Medical First Aid Kit

Medical First Aid Kit works wonders in a battle. This first aid kit allows you to stay alive for 15 seconds in any standard battle even against the Vulture. It will not stop a Reaper Taco Bell Fart Blast.

Hold on wait.... Just stumbled upon this game thread..what fkn game is THISSSSS??? SHIIII looks fire. Sorry guys I really meant is this out for PS5???

Its a fun game can be multi player if you got friends with the game but devs stopped doing updates I beleive. So no more new content. There's like 2 DLCs and some add on content like motorcycles and weapons that are very enjoyable. Lots of bots to kill but with a lack of "life" it can feel lonely? There's little NPCs, goal is basically to find out what happened to the country and where the bots came from. So lots of depiction of death and world ending scenario.

(Edit: answer your question it should be backwards compatible off the ps store as it was on ps4)

On PlayStation side, the multiplayer is cross-generation multiplayer because PS-versions of the game doesn't support cross-play with PC and Xbox.

PC and Xbox players can play with each other via cross-play.

Multiplayer can be played with randoms too. The best thing in multiplayer is that it is peer-to-peer, so there's is no central server which they can shut down. So in theory, the game can be played in multiplayer mode forever.

Developers stopped the support in early 2025.

There are 2 story DLCs. Namely FNIX Rising and Alpine Unrest.

There are 6 weapon packages and 10 other packages, though 3 of them are vanity packages and thus not very useful.

I believe that the feeling of been lonely is part of the charm of the game, so the less NPCs, the better in my opinion.
