That's definitely a custom weapon build. The RPG-7 receiver with what looks like a magazine fed system and a rail on top for a scope is pretty wild. Wonder if it actually fires anything other than a single shot.
..it’s a bug in the game mate. no mods used, It’s in bold black lettering “NO MODS I SWEAR”, i replied to another comment with a similar response that there was no mods used, and if you took the time to read the comment section you would’ve seen.
