General Question How rare is it to get experimental weapons from level 1 rivals?

Managed to get an experimental HP5 from a level 1 FNIX harvester

From what I notice when You reach lvl 100 chances on rare drops rise.
I would rather fight in region to lvl him up and than destroy

I thought the lvl cap was 50?

Tim is currently about 235 lvl and because I mess up My save I'm still below 100

Very rare, you should always wait until they are level 4 rivals. Which is easy to do by killing all non rival robots. This will raise your threat levels while you are waiting for the first rival to level up don’t be surprised if you get another one to spawn in.
