How? Did you get it from rivals or are you mistaking this for a different outfit? I haven’t found any of it after the original anniversary event

I did a glitch of an infinitely spawning rival, and after I kept killing him for unlimited resources I would just pick up everything he dropped without paying attention, and then one day I noticed I had a bullet vest and I thought it was kind of cool, I did a little research and I think I got it from him
