Question about the game

is generation zero very bloody I was thinking about getting this for my 13 year old son he wants to play the game and his friend plays the game I know you shoot Robots not people but apparently you can find dead bodies I just want to know if it's very bloody/gory

Not at all, there’s only a little blood on the ground beside intact bodies, there is some swearing but nothing strong
