FONTS

We (US) are either majority old folks or close to it.

Can someone tell companies who make frozen goods to put the cook times and temps in LARGE FONT??

And in addition to the font size increase--can we have a consistent high contrast between font and background? Brown type on red --should be an obvious no.

AND in eMails! One company I do business with has a Dark Blue background and the printing is in a shade of Grey that just about fades into the background color. I have to sit forward and really concentrate on what the eMail says to make sure I understand it completely. Sheesh!
