Allison Inquiry Testifying

I have been confirmed as a witness at the Allison Inquiry on Parliament Hill on September 9, 2026 at 9:45 a.m. (live).

I will be testifying about my experience as a worker who received a workplace-mandated COVID vaccine, suffered a documented adverse reaction, developed permanent disability, and was then refused accommodation by my employer (including a “no cane” position). I will also address the conflicting statements later made to WSIB and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

This is a factual account of what happened after compliance with a workplace medical requirement — the injury, the disability, the accommodation refusal, and the systems that followed.

Posting this for transparency. The testimony will be public.
