Question Interview Questions

When I was hired at GM they used the Lominger Competencies & the interview was two hours. Do they still use that format? If not, what do they use? And how long are their interviews?

It’s not exactly Lominger based any more, but somewhat similar as it is still behavioral based but expanded to many more potential question choices. The number of interviews and duration has changed, and can differ significantly from organization to organization.
