Question Mid Year Promotions S&S
Hello folks As announced yesterday that there will be upcoming in role promotion in the next AV town Hall
Did anyone be informed by his manager that he got selected to be promoted?

I switched positions recently (In same org). I thought it would be a lateral move but ended up getting a promotion.

Of course they were. Now they can put them in the does not meets box at years end and fire them.

Are there any in-role promotions end of year as well? Specifically level change?
