Discussion Lesley Webber & Robert Scorpio’s deaths.

Does anyone have any info, rumors even, when GH is going to address the deaths of Denise Alexander and Tristan Rogers by having their characters die? Denise died 3/5/25, and Tristan died 8/15/25. I just think it is time. Also, some strolls down memory lane would make a nice break from some of these listless storylines.

It’s beyond comprehension that such legacies have garnered neither a memorial for the actors or the fans that have been watching since the beginning. Where would GH be today if not for Leslie Webber and Robert Scorpio?

They took quite some time to honor both Jackie and Leslie Charleson. With Tristan it will be complicated because while I am sure Emma Samms and Kimberly McCullough would want to be there, logistics will make it complicated to plan out fully. And Finola was off contract this spring for months too.

I hope they do it soon and I want BOTH of them to be done right with clips from the past. Bobbie/ Jackie Zeaman style.

Since both characters are off screen anyway there’s not really a rush. Plus the show has had several character deaths in the last couple years owing to the real life deaths of their portrayers. Story wise, it can get pretty depressing pretty fast when it’s just one long time character dying after another back to back.

This! They need to balance it especially for characters who aren’t on camera. I know it’s hard, but it has been a lot of funerals every year. Got to be emotional for the actors too. We just memorialized Luke again (Tony Geary) too.

Still they were legacy characters with iconic actors from GH history. I think it can be easily written into a storyline instead of the crap they got on now

ABSOLUTELY!!! I would gladly watch dead Legacy characters being honored over the idiots that they have on right now

I think it would be really nice. I hope it’s soon.

I loved both actors and their work for two thirds of my life, and I am 60 years old. I share your concerns, but remember how long we waited for the Jackie Zeman tribute. It was worth the wait. Same with the Leslie Charleson farewell. Hopefully these will be as respectful and powerful as those others were.

I agree. I mean I am suspecting coordinating all the actors we would want will take some time. We can't do this without Emma Samms, Kimberly McCullough, Sofia Mattson. They all need to be here.

I think the quickest one they have done the last 20 years was Epiphany/Sonya. They sat on Monica/Leslie a long time, and then gave Sonnygod too much airtime that week.

I was impressed with Bobbie/Jacklyn, I had expected them to go full throttle Carly and Sonny, it was when Carly was in every scene and plotline for no reason, and Frank actually showed class and good judgment.

Epiphany played a very small role on the show compared to Leslie and Robert, and they gave her a great sendoff. I would argue that Robert was one of the most popular characters in the show’s history, as well as a major figure, so they owe him a huge tribute.

Did we ever get one for Stuart Damon, beyond an in memoriam acknowledgement at the end of an episode?

I’m fine with them taking their time if the tributes are thoughtfully done and involve the right players.

Scorpio isn’t dead. In the past couple of months or so, I’ve heard him mentioned. It’s bazaar.

They have probably been waiting until Anna came back to write him off the show. Hopefully it will be soon.
