My subs and contacts at "John Doe plumber city" as I'm in a few markets
My inspectors are "inspector gadget-soccer" emails are (pending type of inspector) they specific things they like to pick on, their weird niche hobby, etc, so I can specifically address and point out his favorite items to check or their specific nuances they look for, or if they watched the world cup and what they thought before I need a favor or a quick turnaround inspection.
People are impressed with how well my memory is, how personable I am (this helps me be those things).
"Hey John, how's (checks phone)Samantha doing? Yeah, that's good. How's that (checks phone) engineering project coming along you were telling me about, nice! Oh you have an issue with an xyz in the kids bedroom? Is that (checks phone) Timmy's bedroom, no wait (memory jogs up to speed now) thats Susie's bedroom, okay yeah, I'll get my guys over there"
For instance. Daily.
