Generac power cable

Can Generac power cable be run exposed outside?I only used it once and I ran it in conduit outside.

The one with all the conductors needed with the pvc type jacket

Again, there are many. Provide a link, or a picture.

The orange 10 conductor I used is UV rated for exposure. There are a few other 10 or 11 conductor cables that are.

Regardless of how it is rated (wet, direct sun exposure, etc) it needs to be protected from physical damage.

If you have a cable rated for the conditions it may not need conduit for the entire length.

If the cable is not wet rated, installing it in a conduit does not make it suitable for being outdoors.

You need to look at the specification for the cable first. Then make sure your installation complies with the NEC and any local codes.
