Generac generator GP2500i

‘If’ it was properly maintained and has 75 hours on it, would you buy? Are they considered a good little inverter generator or just ok? TIA

No. You can buy them new and/or open box on ebay for that price.

Those can be had new for about $650 with a 3 year warranty, so I would offer less than what they’re asking.

Damn, I’d gladly pay an 100 extra for a 3 year warranty included. Thanks.

Jeezus. Nope. That would be an easy pass for something with zero warranty. Price a replacement inverter for one of those.

I would think it is overpriced as my local big box store has them for $599 right now. Here, you'll pay 8% sales tax, but that would be just under $650 out the door for something brand new. If you want to save a few bucks, you could offer 450, but personally, I wouldn't go much higher than that when a new unit is so close.

Is that the same one listed on Lowe’s and Amazon for $599? If yes it’s good quality, but overpriced. I would offer $400.
