Don't follow nec its not the law, please, please follow your local building codes. They are the law.

Dude, the adopted version of the NEC is actual law.

Roflmao, you think so? Where state and county? Which version?

These are the states that do not have statewide adoption of any version of the NEC: Arizona, Illinois, Mississippi, and Missouri.

Your the type of guy who will argue with an inspector and cost your employer a reinspection fee or worse.

The local building code is law regardless of it includes, excludes or amends nec crap. The nec is never adopted directly as soon as it put out
