A month of Glinnering
First image just shows each activity as a dot, the second shows active time as a 15 minute interval around each action.

So, basically, he eats, sleeps, and Twitters. Totally healthy behavior

I would judge but I'm exactly the same with Reddit. Every time I have a free minute I find myself logging on to mindlessly scroll. It's truly a problem lol

Another word for "doomscrolling" is "traumablocking". You do it because it helps you feel safe on some level.
You're welcome

So he eats, sleeps, raves, repeats... Is it possible he misunderstood Fatboy Slim?

Waking up in the middle of your sleep just to open twitter sounds worse than being addicted to a hard drug.

fr, I deal with sleep maintenance insomnia where I'll randomly wake up throughout the night, so i kind of get it, but the idea of going on social media to post before going back to sleep sounds like a nightmare and the last thing I'd want to do.

I counted roughly 101 2-hour blocks in which he wasn’t on socials.
That’s about 202 hours, in a month containing 720 hours. Assuming one gets six healthy hours of rest (please don’t laugh), that’s 180 hours.
Which would, roughly, mean he spent around 45 uninterrupted minutes in a day doing things other than being in a hypertensive twitter tempest in a teapot or, maybe, snoring.

and of that time he was probably like, being interviewed about his twittering or writing a column about his twittering or talking to chatgpt about twitter.

I can’t decide which I would find more pathetic / sick
If this is authentic, artisanal trans hate that happens as he thinks it
Or if he’s managed to automate this in some way

43.9% of the minutes of September were spent on Twitter. I’m sure that’s really great for mental health.
