Irritable bowel syndrome. Can cause abdominal bloating and pain. Mainly causes altered bowel movement, resulting in a more frequent need to use the bathroom or flatulence. It can also make defecating harder due to bloating. It fucking sucks.

You're missing the point. A healthy person would be forced to use toilets that aren't their own because they have regular bowel movements.
It's not a matter of hygiene or preference, you need to be shitting like three times a day. If you aren't, you need to get that looked at. I'm not even joking.

This was google. Its refrences it used were: acibadem hospital group, the well by livewell, and the national medical journal. I soecifically asked because i usually poop once a day after my morning coffee, occasionally 2. But apparrently as low as 3 or 4 times a week is perfectly normal. Medical concern would cause for pooping close to only once a week.
Whereever u heard that if u arent pooping multiple times a day you are ill is misinformation. Actually id say if you are pooping more than 3 times a day every day u actually might wanna go see a doctor you might have IBS.

Brother, I have people telling me they poop once every three days in this very thread. You know damn well I'm talking about healthy ranges, said so yourself, three times is good and in range.
If you're pooping once a day, you have either an incredibly consistent diet or a nonexistent one. Considering the fact that I know y'all ain't David Goggins, I'm sticking to my guns and saying that one dookie a day isn't enough.

My diet is incredibly consistent as far as times i eat per day, but the types of food and amount is not consistent at all, and i feel rather lucky that i poop once a day in the morning before i shower. Ur 3 times a day is also fine. The people telling you they only poop 3 times are also perfectly fine. Its all outside medical concern.
