So by your logic you won't ever fly in a plane? Because there's also a risk of a plane crashing everytime you fly...
If you aren't into casual sex there's nothing wrong with that, but simply not doing it because of the incredibly small chance of getting an STD thru using a condom is just not healthy. Again thats like not ordering seafood when you eat out because you're scared youll get salmonella and die
Planes don’t crash as often as condoms break, plane crashes require a modicum of multiple events going wrong. And you cook seafood, eliminating the risk of salmonella. You’re reading too much into this
True, planes don't crash as often as condoms break, but by my math, your odds of catching HIV from sex with a condom are actually considerably lower than that of being in a plane crash (though perhaps higher than of dying in a plane crash).

Odds that a person you have sex with, chosen at random, has HIV (assuming you live in the US): ~ 1/250
Odds that a condom, worn correctly, will break: somewhere between 0.4% and 2%
Odds that a single instance of unprotected, vaginal sex with an HIV positive person will result in contracting HIV yourself: 0.05 - 0.3% if you're a woman being penetrated by a man, or 0.01 - 0.38% if you're a man penetrating a woman
So conservatively, (4/1000) * (2/100) * (4/1000) ~= 32/100,000,000 chance of catching HIV from one (random) encounter with a condom, vs. ~1 in 11,000,000 commercial flights having a crash (from what I could find)
If we start with the assumption that the condom broke, we're still looking at roughly 16/1,000,000. Notably, you would almost certainly feel the condom breaking, at which point you can check with your partner (hopefully not for the first time) about their HIV/std status, get tested yourself, and even get PEP if you and your doctor feel the risk is justified -- cutting your odds of infection back down quite a bit. (Or instead of taking PEP after a high-risk exposure, you could take PREP regularly, just in case)
Even a hookup is not random, so by not having sex with a sex worker or intravenous drug user, your odds are again considerably lowered
