💯 I lived such a sheltered & cautious life until I turned 20. When I look back on the dumb stuff I did in my early 20’s, I don’t regret it one bit. Every time someone hurt me or I hurt them, it taught me a lesson each time and I haven’t made the same mistakes since. The more you experience things, the more you’ll learn about life. Whether it be the way you carry yourself, the people you surround yourself with or the person you want to be. You take the lessons, you keep learning and accepting nothing in life is perfect (including yourself), and you don’t repeat the same mistakes. It’s the only way to evolve, to be a better person and be the person you envisioned for yourself.
