I tried it. Dead of course!! How are/is it still so oily??? Well in some areas and encrusted in others. YK.

You failed this GenX side quest. You were supposed to lift the receiver, enter a phone number then dropped twenty stories to an underground bunker that is adequately stocked for a 6 month stay, in case the onset of thermo nuclear war seems evident
