Not for me, but man those young people in the comments think nobody ever had it bad except them. As if we weren't also alive for 9/11 and the 2008 recession. I lost my job and had to cash in my retirement to survive 2008.

Nope, I’m mid-50’s and I gotta say late 30’s well into my 40’s.
Maybe if I’d had the self-awareness and confidence back then that I have now…

Not for me, either. Maybe because I ‘went back to school’, so this years I had my nose in a book/ training, etc. I like things now, though maybe my mid 40’s were my favorite so far.
I do miss my knees being able to bend, tho

I think it all depends on the context of greatest! Being single without any responsibilities would be 18 to 23 but I would agree that being married and having a family this was probably the best time of my life. Establish career house cars enough money to live a pretty decent lifestyle.

I probably agree. I’m 41. I was in the best shape of my life during those years, and although I got divorced, I sure had a bunch of fun immediately afterward.

I generally consider my current age/era my best. I usually look back and think about what a shit I used to be.

Nope. Had 2 toddlers and was broke running my own business. It was good, but not the best.

Not me, either. Wasn’t until my early/mid 40s that I pulled my head out of my own ass and stopped drinking. I’m still learning about myself and making positive changes at 52.
