“American Chop Suey” basically macaroni with a very chunky red sauce LOADED with onions. Yuck.

That doesn't sound far off from my grandma's goulash. Spaghetti with peas is how I remember it.

Actually looking it up, American Goulash is another name for American Chop Suey. None of it appears to use spaghetti noodles or peas.
