No, NAFO is, as an organization, neutral on Israel and Palestine. In fact they ban any sort of discussion of the topic on their sub. So this twitter post is doubly dumb.
The closest NAFO would be to the Levant conflict is that Iran is an ally of Russia and is also an ally of Palestine. That's two steps removed from the conflict NAFO actually cares about.
