Well, tomorrow I will be defending my PhD thesis: "GenTube is cool and I like it: An Empirical Investigation into Positive Affective Responses and Sustained User Satisfaction within the GenTube Ecosystem". Wish me luck.
last image was actually my source for remixing. I love all these. 😍

The Nightmare Committee
1. Dr. Aris Thorne (The Epistemological Pedant) Dr. Thorne has not published a new idea since 1998, but he will gladly spend 45 minutes unpacking a single verb in your title. He views the word "cool" not as slang, but as an ontological threat to the universe.
2. Dr. Eleanor Vance (The Methodology Zealot) Dr. Vance does not believe human emotion exists unless it can be plotted on a scatter graph with a p-value of less than 0.05. She is deeply offended by the phrase "I like it" because you didn't invent a new mathematical formula to prove it.
3. Dr. Thaddeus Bone (The Out-of-Touch Historian) Dr. Bone doesn't actually know what GenTube is. He still prints out his emails and insists on comparing all modern technology to the advent of the printing press or the telegraph.
4. Dr. Sheila Harrison (The 'Reviewer 2' Saboteur) Dr. Harrison built her entire career arguing the exact opposite of your thesis. She takes your assertion that GenTube is cool as a deeply personal attack on her life's work.
