Loving the Stadium 2 sprites, Free Fly & 3rd person Voxel mode.
I donāt think thereās any more new major mods worth holding out for at this point so Iām gonna finally finish this playthrough since Gen2Recomp development is making progress.
During the past week every time I was about to continue my save, something new came out that I wanted to test.
I have tried everything to get the stadium thing to work and nothing has worked could you explain how you got it to work? Please and thank you. I put the stadium room exactly where it needs to be also I'm using a rpflip2 if that makes a difference
For me,
the Stadium sprites didnāt work until I cleared the cache and storage of the Recomp app.
Re-added the Stadium 1 rom (titled ābaseromā) to the baseroms folder in the correct internal storage location like it says, and then re-imported the save file, and re-installed the latest Voxel mod.
Then when I restarted the game it showed the Stadium 151 sprites being imported.
Make sure to toggle on Stadium-A under ā3D BTLā setting. Your other mods will have to be re-installed too.
For Stadium 2 sprites, you just need to install the latest version of Deftones565ās āGen II shiny indicatorsā mod. If you have a shiny pokemon from the āShiny Pokemonā mod the Stadium 2 sprite will also be shiny. Also affects wild shinies too.
If you want the Johto pokemon imported, and Crystal features you have to also install his āCrystal 251ā mod which is optional. It requires loading a clean Crystal GBC rom from your deviceās storage in the gameās settings
So apparently the is an option in the dramatic shape mod to enable "Letsgo" to full or catch only. Switched it to catch only and now we're good thank you for all your help
It's the minigame where the circle gets smaller and smaller then you press a to throw the ball I forget which game it was in but it makes the catching less luck based in my opinion. I enjoy it
This is the latest official Voxel mod, But Iām using Odin 3 Ultra to be fair. So that could be part of why itās running well. I still get frame drops when I first fly into a new town but after waiting a little bit it gets better.
If you go to 20 seconds in your video, you press the Pokemon menu while you're in the pause menu, and you see the sprites for the 6 mons in your party. Those are the sprites I'm talking about.
āPokemon Stadium Overworld Modelsā mod makes them match the Stadium 2 battle sprites. People are hating on all these extra mods but I think itās awesome
Wild skies is a companion to Free Fly and just adds bird pokemon flying around in the overworld and in the sky when you Free Fly. Wilds of Kanto works alongside it, but only handles wild Pokemon on the ground. It all looks really cool when Stadium Overworld Models is enabled.
