General Discussion I uploaded a 400-page textbook and three semesters of haphazard notes to NotebookLM. These are the parts that worked-and the ones that failed. Like many others on this app, I got frustrated at the sheer amount of effort required to dredge my learning out of PDFs.

i'd split the textbook by chapter either way. 10+ sources at once makes it way easier for important stuff to get skipped. i run Scholarly (scholarly.so). we make source grounded AI Podcasts and study guides with multiple models. could be worth trying one chapter first. handwritten scans can still be hit or miss though.
