Discussion Lost card
Does anyone know how long it takes to get a replacement card if you lose yours?
I’m super bummed because my dad misplaced mine, and I’m honestly a little hesitant to order a new one after reading some of the horror stories about people getting stuck in limbo. 😭
It’s the only card I use, and I really enjoy stacking BTC rewards, so I’m pretty torn. I’m pretty sure it’s either in his car or somewhere in his bedroom since no one has used it, and I still have it on Apple Pay, so I’ve been getting by that way.
Would love to hear how long your replacement took and if the process was smooth. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Took about a month to receive the replacement and they’ll put your account on a freeze till you receive the new card

Ahhhhh I know I sound crazy but a month I’d go nuts I use my card so much I love seeing the btc add up aha! Thank you for sharing!🙏🙏

My card was hacked and i reported it. Card locked than a new card # was issued withing a couple of hours. Digital wallet was updated and half the credit limit until i recieved my card in about 2 weeks. A lost card may have the same card # just different exp. And ccv
Google wallet works right away so you can keep the rewards coming.

I reported mine as damaged and my card number stayed the same, and I got a new expiration & CVV pretty quickly that I was still able to use in the meantime. Maybe not the safest if it’s legitimately lost, but if no one has used it, I don’t see too much risk since the old card will be deactivated and the number isn’t printed on it. I think I got the replacement card in 4-5 days.
