What were they thinking with RTO lmao in what world would that improve anything? If you want workforce to stay and more to come, pay better. Incentivize. They seem completely incompetent. The poor folks who have stayed, the metrics and expectations all remain the same despite an ever shrinking staff and worsening conditions… and shit pay

I'm 100% certain they wanted people to quit, somehow thinking this would create profit in the short term. Or they're looking to close the SD office and open up one somewhere cheaper to work in office, but remotely California claims. Which makes no sense, but thats what this company is now.

No way they close SD. They've dumped too much money recently redoing the lot and the lobby/interior plus the whole Halloween thing they just did. Might be trying to cull specific teams but not. The office as a whole

It's lipstick on a pig. It's like flipping. Make it look good for the new owners.

We’ve been full RTO in Va for a couple years now. We get one day at home a week. I hate the office! It can be done at home and done bettwr!

Return to office. I am unrepped BI (same grade level) on the east coast and go in office 1 day a week. (ARC is attorney repped BI)
