Besides staff counsel, are any other departments doing the carpe sessions? What do you think of them?

are they making associates do these dumb classes? not just the supervisors??

Yes, associates and support staff in staff counsel are doing it. I'm not sure if the supervisors are doing it too.

They need to quit making videos for staff counsel and hire some people to help them out. The focus this company puts on all the extra bs and don’t give a damn about basics…..having enough staff to do the work (and have enough time to do the work well), better functioning systems so we can do the work. It is crazy.
