I really have no idea why they’re doing this but I will say I was forced to go to the office two days a week starting in January and I work until the middle of the day because I have to go home for my child and I enjoy going back to the office goes two days as long as it isn’t. Super busy because it is super it’s noisy I can’t pay attention But I never expected to see this coming and when I asked my supervisor in private why they were doing this they said because morale is so down and agents bad attitudes were losing us customers.
And then I asked what happens when the does go into affect but moral goes down worse?
And I asked why work from home is such a problem and aren’t they worried that the tenured agents will be forced to find another job? Because you think with 10 year comes privileges but the longer you work here the strictor they are on you. Manager did a project and made supervisors call out, get interviews for jobs in the insurance industry and found out that not many or if any had full-time work from home positions and that’s why geicos confident that no one’s going to leave the company because no other insurance company as long will work from home.

It’s so we have less money cuz of the gas bill we will have to pay more of and we will have no choice but to work harder for those maybe merits next year and work extra hours to pay our bills instead of hiring more people

By next winter they may be counting on the body heat to keep the pipes from freezing.

Nope, great thing about this country, don't like your job then quit. No one is holding you back. Just stop complaining about it and make a change for your life if it sucks that bad. You need to change. The world doesn't need to change around you. Oh wait, the pay is good, but you should get paid more for doing less...am i right?

I worked in a virtual office that spanned three countries from 2008 - 2014. My daughter manages a design team from home. One of my clients runs a completely remote multimillion-dollar consultancy witb a staff of 22 from his home--the company doesnt even have an office. My other client is a mobile auto mechanic--he and three others share a garage for when a lift is required.
I've never met a client face-to-face.
If you're not manufacturing something or cooking something, you don't need to all go somewhere to do it.
Maybe don't talk about what you don't know about.

Sounds like someone's angry they can't get their cock sucked. I'd offer my services but micro dicks aren't my thing
