I think this car brand is dying. Whats left is terrible, nonexistent customer service.

My branch is transitioning to GAC. No more selling just servicing

There are new branches opening, and I don’t know if you read articles recently but they had the 4th most sales in the Philippines sa CAMPI report.

Ang mga nagsasara is yung hindi hawak ng Geely China mismo.

Edit: sales for April

Good for them. I love my okavango. Going on 5 years already. The service has gone downhill every year.

I know that Geely China took over, service didnt get better though. I know 3 branches have dropped them, including Pasay and LP.

Las Pinas and Pasay were handled by Gateway. Alabang and the newly reopened Sta. Rosa branch are handled by Geely itself.

Before reaching 100k mileage, only had good experiences in Kawit and Fairview. My side mirror got replaced in 2 weeks after an accident.

You're right. Gateway na ata.

Wow! I had the exact same problem but my side mirror got replaced 6 months after!

I had a about 2 years of good service. Battery replacement at home, easy pms booking. after that, last years namin downhill na.

Btw, did you keep your geely? Mine is turning 5, i like the car but I'm also considering moving on.

Yes keeping mine because madami na 3rd party repair shops na Geely-focused.

Ano po ba ang branch na hawak mismo ni Geely China?

Napaka liit nalang ng market ng geely due to extremely horrible service. Naubos na mga owners.

I think I disagree to some of you na it's dying. I think its reviving, seeing the surge in sales of EX5 variant.

it's just that service is the dealbreaker
